What are Credits?

On ServicePlex, credits are used to unlock a chat with a service provider or a project poster. When you want to message a provider or a project poster, you spend 1 credit once. After unlocking, you can chat with them anytime without spending additional credits. Every message is emailed to them with a link to reply.

How to Use Credits

• Spend 1 credit to unlock a chat with a provider or a project poster.
• Once unlocked, the chat remains open to you indefinitely without using more credits.
• Posting a project costs 4 credits and keeps it open for 90 days. Reopening it after that costs 2 credits for another 90 days.

How to Earn Credits

• All new registered users receive 10 free credits to get started.
• Credits can be purchased directly from our website. The pricing plans are provided below.
• Keep an eye out for future ways to earn credits through referrals and promotions.
