This Refund Policy outlines the rules and procedures for purchases made on ServicePlex (www.serviceplex.in).

No Refunds

All purchases made on ServicePlex are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including:

• Unused or partially used credits
• Accidental or duplicate purchases
• Dissatisfaction with contacts received or project outcomes
• Inactive or unresponsive users

Credits Policy

Credits purchased through ServicePlex are used to unlock contact information of service providers or project posters. Once credits are used, they are not reversible.

Purchased credits:

• Cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
• Are valid for use only within the ServicePlex platform
• Are non-transferable between users

Payment Gateway

All payments are processed through our secure payment partner Razorpay. For any technical payment issues (e.g. double deductions, failed transactions), please reach out to us or to Razorpay support directly.
