All purchases made on ServicePlex are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including:
Credits purchased through ServicePlex are used to unlock contact information of service providers or project posters. Once credits are used, they are not reversible.
Purchased credits:
All payments are processed through our secure payment partner Razorpay. For any technical payment issues (e.g. double deductions, failed transactions), please reach out to us or to Razorpay support directly.
If you believe you were charged in error or have questions regarding a payment, please contact our support team within 3 days of the transaction at: cs@serviceplex.in
