• Introduction

  Welcome to ServicePlex, a platform designed, owned and maintained by "Nirvaat Internet Private Limited", to connect individuals and businesses looking to post or provide freelance-style services and projects. By accessing or using ServicePlex, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the platform.

  If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the ServicePlex platform.

• User Accounts

  You must register for an account to post or view projects and profiles. Each user account is unified — meaning you can both post projects and offer services from a single login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Credits and Payments

  Accessing a project or user profile requires 1 credit. Credits can be purchased via our payment partner, Razorpay. Credits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including partial or unused credits. ServicePlex does not participate in or guarantee any payment arrangements between users.

• Use of the Platform

  ServicePlex acts solely as a connector — enabling users to discover and contact one another. We do not facilitate, mediate, or guarantee any contracts, agreements, or outcomes between users. Once contact details are exchanged, the relationship, negotiations, and any resulting work are handled independently by the users involved.

• Project and Content Guidelines

  Users may post projects or services relevant to freelance and service-based work. ServicePlex reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates applicable laws or community standards. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content they post.

• User Conduct

  By using the platform, you agree to:

  • Treat other users respectfully and professionally.
  • Not post false, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abuse.
  • Not share contact details or promote services outside the intended use of the platform.

  ServicePlex reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts violating these standards.

• Intellectual Property & Ownership

  ServicePlex does not claim ownership over any work exchanged between users. Ownership and rights to any completed work are to be agreed upon directly between the parties involved. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without permission.

• Privacy & Personal Information

  We collect certain personal information (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers) to operate our services. Your information is kept private and secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or leak your data to third parties.

• Refund Policy

  We do not offer refunds for any reason, including user error, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with posted content or contacts received. Refer to our refund policy here.

• Disputes Between Users

  ServicePlex does not offer dispute resolution services. Any disagreement, dispute, or conflict that arises between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

• Termination of Use

  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ServicePlex if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

• Limitation of Liability

  ServicePlex is a connector platform only. We do not guarantee the success, safety, or quality of any projects or engagements formed through the platform. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

  We are not liable for:

  • Any damages or losses resulting from user interactions
  • Issues related to third-party payment services
  • Data loss or technical interruptions

• Governing Law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
