How to Use ServicePlex

Sign Up or Log In
Create a new account using your email or use your Google account to login. If this is your first time on our website your account will be created automatically.
If this is your new account then you will get 10 credits for free to start with.

Select Profile Mode
If your account is just created then you will be redirected to select your account mode. As the same account works as both buyer and seller, you need to select your profile mode first. After selecting the second option "Buyer Profile", you'll be redirected to your dashboard.
Note: You can change your profile mode anytime, just click on your profile picture icon at top-right corner and switch your profile mode.

Create a Project
On Dashboard, in top-right corner, you'll find a 'Post New Project' button. Click on it to create a new project.
Note: If you can not find this button, you must be in the seller profile. Switch to Buyer profile to post a project.

Fill the project form
After completing the form with as much as information you can, click on the 'Save' button. And voila, your project is posted.
Note: This will consume 1 credit from your credit balance. You can edit the project anytime, but if you want to repost it after it is expired then you will need to pay 1 credit again.

Project posted!
Your project will now be publicly accessible on 'Find Work' page. If a seller is interested in your project they can directly contact you on your provided contact details.

Want to hire a seller?
Go to 'Find Talent' page, apply filters to get exactly the type of seller/service-provider you are looking for. Click on the name to view the profile.

How to view seller contact details?
Click on 'View Contact Details' button. To view the seller's contact details, you must buy their profile with 1 credit.
Note: Once you purchase a profile, it will be added in your account, and you can check the details anytime without paying any credits again.

Confirm your purchase
Click on 'Continue' and you'll be redirected to seller's complete profile, where you can find their contact details at the bottom.

Fill seller form
Complete your seller profile form with your details, make it look professional and concise as these details will be visible to all the buyers and other seller on this platform.

Where to find seller form?
First, make sure you are in the seller profile mode. Click on your profile picture at the top-right corner, select 'Switch to seller profile'.
After successfully switching to seller mode, again click on your profile picture at the top-right corner, go to Edit Profile, then click on 'View/Edit Seller Profile' button at the bottom.

Find Projects to work on
Go to "Find Work" page, apply filters to find the projects that align with your expectations. Once you find it, click on 'More Details' to view.

Contact the project poster
Click on 'View Contact Details of Buyer'. To view the buyer's contact details, you must buy the project with 1 credit.

Confirm your purchase
Click on 'Continue' and you'll be redirected to complete project page, where you can find project poster's contact details at the bottom.

Purchasing a seller profile
When you purchase a new seller profile to view their contact details, 1 credit will be deducted from your available credit balance.
Once you purchase a profile, it will be added in your account, and you can check the details anytime without paying any credits again. -
Purchasing a project
When you purchase a new project to view the project poster's contact details, 1 credit will be deducted from your available credit balance.

Posting a project
When you post a new project, 1 credit will be deducted from your available credit balance.
Editing the project will not cost you any credits, but if you want to repost the project, after it is expired then you will need to pay 1 credit again. -
