Project Description

Hi, I’m looking for a skilled React Native developer to build a mobile calendar app with a PHP/MySQL backend. The goal is to create a simple personal calendar for users to manage their events, tasks, and reminders — kind of like a minimal version of Google Calendar, but tailored for mobile use only.

Core Features (Mobile App):

• User registration & login (via API)
• Monthly calendar view (basic UI is fine)
• Add / Edit / Delete events
• Title, date/time, category, optional description
• Color-coded event categories
• Set reminders (local push notifications preferred)
• View events by day/week/month

Backend Requirements:

• PHP (Laravel preferred, open to core PHP if structured well)
• RESTful API endpoints for all app functions
• MySQL database
• Basic token-based auth (JWT or session-based API access)

Deliverables:

• Full source code (React Native + backend)
• Postman collection (API documentation)
• Database schema
• Basic deployment instructions

I prefer someone who has experience building apps with React Native + PHP backends, and understands mobile-first UX. Please share relevant portfolio items or past work.
